Airport Colection Surcharge INCLUDES parking and waiting time for up to 45 minutes
After 45 minutes waiting time and additional car parkinfg charges are payable by the customer.
Waiting time is charged at £20.00 per hour
There is NO additional charge after midnight.
Estate Car fare + £7.50
7 Seater rate is minimum fare - £7.50 then £2.00 per mile thereafter.
Increased charges will apply at Christmas and New Year period and during adverse weather or driving conditions.

Data Cars always try to run a reliable service, however, sometimes cars cannot arrive at the time a customer has booked, for reasons beyond our control. If your car is running late, please contact our office immediately on 020-8850 0000 and we will do our best to tell you why your car is late and advise you approximately the time the car is due to arrive. Data Cars will endeavour to book details correctly, however, we will not be held responsible for any misunderstandings during telephone bookings between the booking clerk and the customer resulting in late arrival of the vehicle, incorrect vehicle type or non arrival due to a cancelled booking. Data Cars will occasionally in rare circumstances sub-contract bookings out to other London LICENSED Private Hire Operators to ensure the booked journey is completed. This only occurs if the Data Cars Booking Centre have operational difficulties beyond there control which are rare but can sometimes occur. Data Cars is an agency for self-employed drivers and therefore will not be held responsible for drivers activities outside our control. Data Cars rent drivers satalite navigation systems to assist in gaining information of collection of customers and the location of the destination required. Data Cars will not be held resposible for the drivers actions when useing this equipment. If, for any reason a customer has cause for complaint against a driver they shoud firstly contact the Data Cars manager on 020-8850 4444 option 3 or write to us at:- Data Cars, 101 Eltham High Street, Eltham, London SE9 1TD and in nearly all cases the complaint can be dealt with to our customers complete satisfaction. CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS
The credit card booking is taken from the customer by Data Cars (Despatch) Ltd on behalf of the driver. Data Cars (Despatch) Ltd will charge a handling administration charge. Data Cars will despatch a driver to carry out the booked journey. Data Cars cannot refund any fare if the booking is cancelled under 4 hours prior to the time of the booking journey pick up time as the driver would have been allocated this job. Data Cars will record the contract order between the customer and Data Cars to establish fault and if required will forward a copy of this recording to the customer or any other relevant party.
Data Cars (Despatch) Ltd (referred as the Company) undertakes to hire vehicle/vehicles to the Customer (the person booking and paying for the service) for the period of hire, under the following terms and conditions: Prospective customers may use this website to make contact by telephone for a quick quote. We will respond to either request by email or telephone as appropriate, giving a quote based on the information provided. As required, we will negotiate and agree a price for the work the prospective customer wants us to do for them. We will then agree a payment method (sending an email confirmation if requested). Payment may be either;
1. All journeys to be paid at least 5 days prior to the booking date, (If requested) using our secure payment system, to confirm the booking, with the balance being paid in cash or credit card to the driver on completion of the job.
2. Pre-payments in full at least 5 days prior to the booking date. (If requested) using our secure payment system.
The following terms also apply;
3. Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge of up to but no more than 3%.
4. The charge on your credit card statement will be listed as Adalante
5. Any variations to the journey/journey's originally discussed, booked and agreed to between the Company and the Customer may be subject to additional charges, if these changes involve extra time and/or distance being covered.
6. No hidden taxes, fees or extra charges will be payable upon completion of the job, except where additional waiting time and/or car parking charges have been incurred and these were defined and agreed to in our quotation discussions, or as defined under paragraph (6) above.
7. When a prospective customer wishes to proceed on the basis of the quotation given and the payment method agreed, they will make their reservation using our online booking form This secure payment system means we never get any credit card details belonging to any of our customers.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
8. In the event of a "No-show" by the customer, or if a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 4 hours of the start of the period of hire, any and all monies paid will be totally non-refundable, in addition the full charge may be levied especially where the journey pick up point is from an airport or seaport.
9. If a booking is cancelled by the Customer prior to 48 hours of the start of the period of hire, any deposits or payments in full will be 100% refundable.
10. Every effort will be made by the Company to ensure that vehicle(s) arrive on time and reach destinations on time too. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays (and/or arising consequential losses) that occur beyond its control.
11. The Drive will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer when term (6) may apply.
12. Although vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British Law, Customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and the Company shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
13. The Company and its Driver have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Driver, the vehicle or any other passenger.
14. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Customer's' statutory rights.
