Telephonist

The Telephonist is responsible for taking calls from account customers as well as the general public. The Telephonist will take the journey details and enter them into a computerised booking system.

Controllers

The Controller is responsible for monitoring the data dispatch system and dealing with enquiries from the fleets drivers and also staff.

Data Cars welcome self-employed drivers who wish to start with the company. If you are interested in becoming a Private Hire Driver we have a team of people on hand who are willing to give advice on the subject.
